1) Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. 2) Pull the brush straight out of the container slowly, place the inside of the brush at the base of your eyelashes, and apply by brushing towards the tips. 3) Use the tip of the brush to carefully finish the lower lashes and outer corners of the eyes.
