What it is
The massage ball head firmly grips the nape of the neck in three different ways. It relieves muscle stiffness with acupressure-like stimulation. It presses on four points on the neck.

How to use
Place the massage ball head around the nape of your neck and gently move the grip inward. Do not use on cuts, swelling, rashes, or other skin abnormalities, or on sunburned skin. This product is not a medical device. Do not use for any other purpose. If hair gets tangled in the massage ball head, tie it back before use. Keep out of reach of children and do not allow children to use this product. Do not use if you have sensitive skin. Also, if you experience pain, swelling, numbness, or other abnormalities during or after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. Do not use if you have allergies or are prone to internal bleeding. Take care not to pinch your fingers when rotating the massage ball head. This product is irritating to bare skin. Repeated use on the same area or excessive stimulation of the skin may cause internal bleeding or other skin problems, so please use with caution. Do not use if damaged or deformed. Do not store near fire, in high temperatures, high humidity, or in direct sunlight. Usage experience may vary from person to person. *Due to manufacturing reasons, this product may have dents, black spots, uneven color, and cut edges, but this does not affect its functionality and is not a defect. *Please do not discard the packaging and keep it. *Product specifications may change without notice. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
