What it is
Lather before applying to face! Rinse-off only. This cream-type cleansing and face wash contains clay* to create a rich, fine-textured foam that thoroughly removes makeup and dirt, leaving skin clear and radiant. *Kaolin (cleansing) Cleansing and face wash in one! For cleansing, use on dry skin. For face washing, use on wet skin. Lather before applying to face! <cleansing and="" face="" wash="">

How to use
Take about 1.5 cm (approximately 1 g) of the product into your palm, lather well with water or lukewarm water, wash your face, and then rinse thoroughly. When using on bare skin, wet your face first; when removing makeup, use on dry skin. When removing stubborn makeup, use a larger amount. Waterproof makeup may be difficult to remove. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately without rubbing. If you still feel a foreign body sensation in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not leave the product in the bathroom if using a bathroom dryer.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
