How to use
This is a two-layer type, so shake well before use. Spray an appropriate amount onto your hair and distribute evenly. You may see water droplets on the surface of the container, but this does not affect its use. Because it contains naturally derived ingredients, discoloration may occur in rare cases, but this does not affect its use. The two layers may appear cloudy, or there may be a difference in the appearance of the contents before and after mixing, but this does not affect its use. At low temperatures, it may become cloudy or difficult to mix. Leave it in a warm place (room temperature) for a while to return it to its original state, shake the container well, and then use. If it gets on the floor or other surfaces, be careful as it may make your feet slippery. (If it does get on surfaces, wipe it off with detergent.) When the amount is low, move the head of the dispenser and tilt it so that the opening of the head and the end of the tube inside the container are facing the same direction, and you can use it all without waste.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
