What it is
This pencil eyeliner has a soft, creamy texture that allows you to freely draw lines with deep colors and a soft matte finish. Its waterproof formula ensures beautiful color and lines last for a long time. *This is a refill only. *Holder sold separately.

How to use
Extend the lead about 2mm and draw a line along the base of your eyelashes. - After drawing the line, blend it with the included tip for a more natural finish. - Close the cap tightly after use. If left open, the lead will harden and become difficult to draw with. - Be careful not to extend the lead too far, as it may break. - Do not leave in high temperatures or in direct sunlight. US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
