How to use
[How to set] Insert the refill of "Albion Excia Radiglow Powder Foundation" (sold separately) into the case. Remove the foundation along with the attached film from the refill container and set it into the case. When removing the inner tray from the case, place your fingertip on the right edge of the tray and push it up to remove it, or pull the right edge of the film to the right to remove it. "Albion Excia Matte P" is built into the case. [How to care for] If the mat becomes dirty, the foundation will not spread or adhere well, and it may damage the mat. Always keep it clean. If the mat becomes dirty, gently wash it with a neutral detergent or cosmetic soap. After rinsing thoroughly, remove excess water with a towel and air dry in the shade.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
