What it is
This moisturizing jelly liquid foundation glides on smoothly and adheres to your skin for a day* without shine, providing lasting coverage and a fresh, natural glow. This serum foundation provides long-lasting moisture and coverage all day long. The thin, wrapping jelly layer covers pores, unevenness, and discoloration, creating a fresh, natural glow. How to use
(1) When you have finished using the pump from the main container, grasp the bottom part as shown in the illustration and turn it to remove it. (2) Insert the pump into a new refill container and close it tightly. The refill (replacement) cannot be used on its own. Prepare your skin with a makeup base before use. Before use, be sure to shake well up and down with the cap on. When you first start using it, empty the pump several times until the contents come out. Apply an appropriate amount (about one pump) and spread it evenly over your entire face. We recommend using a makeup remover when removing it. Always use the Kate Jewelly Pre-Liquid Foundation with the pump and cap attached.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
