How to use
Open the seal on the surface from the OPEN part, take out one sheet at a time and wipe your body. It is also recommended to fold it in half (right image 1) and stretch it out horizontally (right image 2) and hang it around your neck. It is also recommended to use it as a "cooler" before going out or when you start to sweat. *To prevent the contents from drying out or changing, please close the seal tightly after use and store it away. *Do not use on people who are sensitive to the cooling sensation of menthol or alcohol, or on infants and young children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
