What it is
The Crystal Glam Tint sits in its own category between a tint and a gloss. It has the color-staining quality of a tint — pigment that clings to the lip surface and stays even after the gloss fades — but the initial application looks like glass: clear, wet, and intensely shiny without any stickiness. The texture is light and smooth enough to apply with one swipe, and it spreads evenly across the lip without catching on dry patches if the lips are in decent condition. The rose extract adds a faint, pleasant scent and a soft conditioning quality that makes the formula feel more considered than most glossy tints at this price point. Worn alone it reads fresh and effortless; layered at the center of the lip over a matte base, the effect is much more dimensional. How to use
Apply the CLIO Crystal Glam Tint by gliding the doe-foot applicator from the center of the lips outward toward the corners. For a natural, everyday glossy look, one thin coat is enough. For a richer, more vivid finish, apply a second layer over the center of the lips and press them together lightly. For a gradient effect, concentrate the product at the inner lip and blend the edges outward with a fingertip. Remove with a gentle cleansing oil or micellar water at the end of the day.
