Water, BG, Pentylene Glycol, Acrylates Crosspolymer-2-Na, Glycerin, EDTA-2Na, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 20, Menthol, Potassium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance
How to use
Place in the freezer and freeze until completely solid. Remove immediately before use, knead the entire mask to loosen it, and then apply. Use in the morning on clean skin after washing your face, or as the last step in your skincare routine. In the morning, use this product before any cosmetics that have UV protection. It can also be used at night. Remove the mask from the bag, hold the tab at the top of the mask, and slowly spread it open to separate it into two layers. Place the mask on your face and press it firmly against your skin. Leave it on for about 5 minutes, then remove the mask and gently pat any remaining liquid into your skin with your palms. This product has a strong cooling sensation. Please read the instructions carefully before use. Do not use if you are sensitive to cold, have sensitive skin, or are an infant. Avoid use if you are allergic to alcohol. After freezing, knead the product in your hands to thaw it and then apply it to your face. The sensation of cooling varies from person to person. Do not use on mucous membranes, immediately after hair removal, or on areas with wounds, eczema, or other abnormalities. After sun exposure, please wait until redness and irritation subside before using. Do not use around the eyes. Volatile components may irritate the eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If you experience any skin irritation, rinse immediately with water. Do not return a mask to the bag once it has been removed. For hygiene reasons, do not reuse a mask that has been used once. The mask is not water-soluble, so do not flush it down the drain.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
