Formulated with "anti-irritation active ingredients*2" and "Moisture Drop Cocktail*5," this serum refines the stratum corneum, circulating moisture*3 for unwaveringly hydrated, radiant skin. The stratum corneum, just 0.02mm thick, contains a "moisture barrier." Various factors, including UV rays, air conditioning, and stress, can disrupt the stratum corneum, facilitating moisture loss and leading to skin dryness. Dryness can lead to skin irritation, which in turn leads to further dryness, creating a vicious cycle. Clinique's dermatologically-inspired moisturizing series, "Moisture Surge," introduces a new medicated moisturizing serum that addresses both rough and dry skin*1. It contains two "anti-irritation active ingredients*2" that maintain healthy skin against external stimuli like dryness, and "Moisture Drop Cocktail*5," a blend of 10 moisturizing ingredients designed to circulate moisture*4, leaving skin feeling fresh and hydrated. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
