How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After washing your face, take an appropriate amount (1-3 pumps) onto a cotton pad or your hand and gently massage it into your entire face. Then, massage your face into your palms to thoroughly absorb the product. (Approximately 3 pumps with a cotton pad, 1-2 pumps with your palms.) Refills (sold separately) are available. Please be careful if you have a history of allergies to the ingredients. Always perform a patch test before using cosmetics for the first time. *The active ingredient, L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, may cause discoloration of the contents, but this does not affect the quality. <Caution>. Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperatures. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Tightly close the cap after use. Check carefully for any skin irritation. Do not use if you have cuts, swelling, or eczema. Discontinue use if the product does not suit your skin. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use. If the above abnormalities occur after direct sunlight hits the skin where the product was used. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
