How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After applying lotion and serum, take an appropriate amount (1-2 pumps) in your hand and gently spread it over your entire face. Then, wrap your face in your palms to thoroughly blend. In the morning, use as needed if you feel dry. (We recommend using a small amount before applying makeup.) *If the contents become difficult to dispense, lightly tap the bottom or shake the container to drain the liquid, then align the pump nozzle with the tube inside the container. Refills (sold separately) are available. Please be careful if you have a history of allergies to the ingredients. Always perform a patch test before using cosmetics for the first time. *The active ingredient, L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, may cause discoloration of the contents, but this does not affect the quality. <Caution>. Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperatures. Keep out of reach of children. Tightly close the cap after use. Please use with caution, making sure that no abnormalities occur on your skin. Do not use if you have any abnormalities such as cuts, swelling or eczema. If it does not suit your skin, discontinue use. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use. If the above abnormalities occur after direct sunlight on the skin where the product was used. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
