How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After applying lotion and serum, take an appropriate amount (1-2 pumps) in your hand and gently spread it over your entire face. Then, massage your face with your palms to thoroughly blend. Use as needed in the morning if you feel dry. (We recommend using a small amount before applying makeup.) When the color of the window on the side of the bottle changes, it is almost finished. Replacement bottles (sold separately) are available. Do not discard the pump and cap when replacing. Please be careful if you have a history of allergies to the ingredients. Always perform a patch test or other trial before using cosmetics for the first time. *The active ingredient, L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, may cause the color of the contents to change, but this does not affect the quality. <Caution>. Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperatures. Keep out of reach of children. Tightly close the cap after use. *This product is designed so that when you press the pump, the bottom rises inside the container, forcing the contents out. Therefore, if you remove the pump midway through use, air may enter the container, making it difficult to dispense the contents. If the contents become difficult to dispense, stand the container upright and press the pump several times until the contents come out. Please use with caution, checking for any abnormalities on your skin. Do not use if you have cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Discontinue use if the product does not suit your skin. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. If the above abnormalities occur after direct sunlight exposure to the skin where the product was used. Continued use of cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
