How to use
After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount into your palm and gently massage it into your skin. <Refill Instructions> (1) Remove the cap and inner stopper. (2) Firmly press the base of the spout (marked ) to remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout firmly into the opening of the main container and slowly pour the contents. (4) Tighten the seal until the ▲ marks line up. Brightening Lotion Fresh Type CA (refill) must be refilled into the Brightening Lotion Fresh Type CA main container before use. (Precautions for Use) This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please store it carefully. ◇Discontinue use if any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight. ◇Due to the nature of the contents, color may appear slightly different, but this does not affect use. ◇If the cap or inner stopper of the main container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire container. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. <Refill Precautions> Always refill Brightening Lotion Fresh Type CA (refill) into the original Brightening Lotion Fresh Type CA container before use. Always refill Brightening Lotion Moist Type CA (refill) into the original Brightening Lotion Moist Type CA container before use. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the inside of the empty bottle. ◇Refill the entire contents after using up the contents. ◇After refilling, tightly close the inner cap of the bottle. ▲Please note that if the markings are not aligned, the contents may leak. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric) on the bottom of the refill container. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
