This medicated moisturizing lotion contains highly refined petrolatum* that locks in moisture and ingredients. It also contains two active ingredients to prevent rough skin. How to use
After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your entire face. <Refill Instructions> (1) Hold the bottom of the container's cap and turn it to remove it. (2) Firmly press the base of the spout to remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout firmly into the container and slowly pour in the contents. *Be careful not to let the contents spill out. (4) Insert the cap into the container and tighten it securely. *When refilling Ihada Medicated Moisture Lotion (Moisturizing), be sure to refill it into the original Ihada Medicated Moisture Lotion (Moisturizing) container before use. (Precautions for Use) This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please store it carefully. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇After using up the contents of the refill container, refill the entire contents. ◇After refilling, please note the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom of the bag. You may need it when making inquiries. ◇If the cap of the main container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire container. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the main container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Due to the nature of the product, color may appear differently and natural ingredients may occasionally become suspended, but this does not affect usability. *When refilling Ihada Medicated Moisture Lotion (Moist), be sure to refill it into the original Ihada Medicated Moisture Lotion (Moist) container before use. *When refilling Ihada Medicated Moisture Lotion (Very Moisture), be sure to refill it into the original Ihada Medicated Moisture Lotion (Very Moisture) container before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
