How to use
After applying lotion in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and gently apply to your entire face. (Precautions for Use) ◇After use, wipe the container's opening clean and close the cap tightly. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Due to the nature of the product, there may be discrepancies in the color appearance, but this does not affect usability. ◇If the cap on the main container no longer closes properly, please purchase a new one. *After use, be sure to refill with the contents of an Ihada Medicated Moisture Emulsion refill (sold separately).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
