What it is
Simply apply morning and night to prevent rough, dry skin and acne, leaving skin less prone to recurrence. This medicated moisturizing emulsion contains highly refined petrolatum* to lock in moisture and ingredients. It also contains two active ingredients to prevent rough skin. The stratum corneum moisture barrier formula quickly absorbs into skin, leaving it soft and healthy. *Skin moisture barrier protection ingredients. <Formulated for daily use, even on sensitive skin> Weakly acidic Fragrance-free Colorant-free Alcohol (ethanol)-free Paraben (preservative)-free Made with carefully selected ingredients Non-comedogenic and allergy tested (This does not guarantee that acne or allergies will not occur in all people.) *This product is a refill; the bottle is not included. How to use
After applying lotion in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your entire face. <How to refill> (1) Hold the bottom of the container's cap and turn it to remove it. (2) Firmly press the base of the spout to remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout firmly into the container and slowly pour in the contents. *Be careful not to let the contents spill out. (4) Insert the cap into the container and tighten it securely. *Be sure to refill into an Ihada Medicated Moisture Emulsion container before use. (Precautions for Use) This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please store it carefully. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇After using up the contents of the refill container, refill the entire contents. ◇After refilling, please note the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom of the bag. You may need this when making inquiries. ◇If the cap on the main container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire container. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the main container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Due to the nature of the product, there may be discrepancies in the color appearance, but this does not affect usability. *Please be sure to refill into the Ihada Medicated Moisture Emulsion main container before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
