How to use
[Lumiere Vital C] After washing your face in the morning and evening, apply 3-4 drops to clean skin that has been toned with lotion. If using other serums, apply Lumiere Vital C first. [Lumiere Refiner] Take an appropriate amount on your hand or a cotton pad and apply it to your entire face after washing your face. Use about the size of a 100 yen coin if using your hand, or about the size of a 500 yen coin if using a cotton pad. You can also use it as a wipe-off or cotton pack by soaking a 5-layer soft cotton pad with it. [Lumiere Concentrate Cream] As the last step of your skincare routine, take an almond-sized amount in your hand and apply it well to your entire face. [Lumiere Vital Mask] STEP 1 Take the mask out of the bag and unfold it, then peel off the protective sheets from both sides. (There is no front or back) *Be sure to peel off the protective sheets from both sides before use. STEP 2 Align the mask from the eye line and apply it so that no air gets trapped. Adjust any wrinkles and make sure it adheres to your face. STEP 3 After 15 minutes (or 20-30 minutes for a more thorough treatment), remove the mask and gently wipe your skin with the mask. Then, apply your serum or other skincare products as needed.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
