How to use
Do not wet your hands or face before use. Take a cherry-sized amount into your dry palm and gently massage it into your entire face using circular motions. This is a soft gel facial cleanser. Be careful not to let it drip. After this, add cold or lukewarm water and rinse using circular motions. When the gel-like sensation disappears, it means the rinsing is complete. Your skin will feel moisturized. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If a foreign body sensation persists, consult an ophthalmologist. The color of the contents may change, but this does not affect the quality. After use, close the cap tightly. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
