How to use
To shampoo, wet your hair thoroughly, apply an appropriate amount, lather well, and then rinse thoroughly. Lightly drain your hair, then dispense an appropriate amount of hair serum into your palm and massage it into your entire hair. There is no need to leave it on. You can also apply it directly to your hair. The recommended amount for semi-long hair is approximately 8-10ml (twice the amount in the palm of your hand). Adjust the amount according to your hair length and type. Without rinsing out the hair serum, apply the treatment on top and rinse it off.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
