How to use
<Refilling Instructions> Refill the entire contents of the container and pump without washing them. Hold the spout firmly and cut it along the dotted line. Insert the spout firmly into the bottle opening and pour slowly. *Please be sure to refill into a used SINN PURETE Mindful Treatment Smooth container. *Please use the entire contents of the container before refilling. Avoid mixing with other products with different serial numbers. *Mixing with water may lead to deterioration of quality. To maintain quality, do not wash the container or pump. *If you hold the refill pouch too tightly when opening, liquid may splash out. *After refilling, please keep the serial number located on the bottom right of the back of the refill pouch. Please provide this serial number when making inquiries about the product. *For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after 2-3 refills. After thoroughly drying your hair, take an appropriate amount in your hand and work it from the center of your hair to the ends. The key is to apply it by combing your hands along the cuticle towards the ends. Leave it on for 1 minute, wait for it to penetrate deep into your hair, then rinse it off from the scalp to the ends. <Appropriate amount> . Short: 1-2 pumps . Medium: 2-3 pumps . Long: 3-4 pumps <Differences in finish> . Smooth (smooth and light): For thin, soft hair/hair that tends to get sticky . Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
