Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it after seeing the Anna Sui packaging. My hair is dry, but this product makes it smooth and moisturized. It also comes with hair milk, so it's a great deal and suits my hair type.
I bought it when it was a limited edition before, but apparently it's back again. I bought it again. I previously wrote about Anna Sui's non-limited edition night care shampoo, and it still has a moist, firm lather. It cleans well and leaves my skin feeling moisturized, with Anna Sui's sweet rose floral scent. However, the conditioner is quite thick and I end up with leftovers (lol), and the scent deteriorates quickly. The last time I bought it, it was summer, so it had a sour rose scent (lol), and it oxidized like when you open an old perfume. The key is to use it up quickly.
