Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a thick texture and can be heavy if you apply too much, but it blends in well if you apply it mainly to the ends of your hair. My hair feels smooth after using it, and the scent of palo santo and sandalwood is so calming, like being in the forest. It's a lovely fragrance that can be used by both men and women.
It gives a moisturized glow and is a little smooth, but the moist feeling is stronger. I like it (^○^) It has a rare scent called Palo Santo. I plan to buy it again.

The scent of Palo Santo initially resembles cinnamon, but over time it transforms into a deep, mellow fragrance, which is a strange experience. I used it after shampooing with the same series, and even a small amount left my hair feeling quite moisturized and heavy. The scent is also strong, and it transfers to my pillow well into the next morning. It also adds shine, so it might be a good finishing touch for dry hair.
I love this. I absolutely love the smell. And of course, it feels great when you use it. It's a rich oil, but not sticky. I use three pumps for medium-long hair. I spread it all over my hair and then blow dry it. It makes my hair smoother rather than more manageable! I also add one pump to dry hair. I can't help but smell it myself (lol). It has a woody scent that makes it perfect for winter.
