Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is a brand I rely on for skincare. I used it for the first time in about four years, and my rating is better than last time. The last time I used it, I was dyeing my hair myself during the COVID-19 pandemic. My scalp felt weak and my part in my bangs felt thinner, so I stopped using all the products I was using. The shampoo and conditioner I was using at the time were this one. While searching for a good, affordable product, I remembered this one and gave it another try. It was a great choice. A small amount lathers well and isn't too rough. The scent is strong, but fades after drying, and it's no longer noticeable when styling the next morning. The conditioner has a lighter scent. I like the scent. For the price, I think it's excellent! I realized that dyeing my hair myself was too harsh for me. (The chemicals are harsh, and I'm clumsy, so it takes too long (^_^;)) Now I get my hair colored at a salon, which minimizes damage and keeps my scalp healthy.
