Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using VC100's lotion for many years, and now that the long-awaited emulsion has been released, I'm buying it again. It's moisturizing and supple without being sticky, so it's great for all seasons.
I recommend this for those with enlarged pores, inner dryness, oily T-zones, and whiteheads! I'd been using VC100's lotion, but I wanted to try a different one, lol (this time I'm not using the whole lotion, but a combination of products from various manufacturers). Then, my enlarged pores became more noticeable and I noticed an increase in acne, so I wanted to go back to using the lotion as soon as possible. It seemed like a waste to use the one I was using now, so I was wondering what to do, but I finished the lotion first, so I decided to try the lotion for the first time. It has the same effect as the lotion, so I'm very happy! I use it in the winter and it doesn't dry out my skin.

This emulsion was released last year along with the renewed lotion! I had never used the lotion before, so I bought both... The lotion is great, of course, but the emulsion is also very easy to use, so I use it during the day... It leaves my skin moisturized and doesn't interfere with my makeup... If you use the lotion, I recommend you try the emulsion as well!
