Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's highly moisturizing and has a nice scent. Personally, I find the scent of HATSUNONE more relaxing.
I received this as a gift from a friend! The design is cute and stylish, making it perfect for interior décor. The pump is easy to use, and the texture is neither too hard nor too soft, making it easy to spread. The scent is soothing and not too sweet, making it easy to use and I think it will appeal to everyone. It's not too sticky but still moisturizes well, so I think it can be used all year round. I'll definitely buy this again, and I'd also like to buy it as a gift!
I tried the scent in the store and later wanted it, so I bought it at Suzykirei. It has a light, lotion-like texture that spreads easily all over the body. It's smooth and silky the moment I apply it, so I can get dressed right away. It's so smooth, without a filmy feel, that I was worried about my dry skin, but it remained moisturized until the next day. This smooth texture is unlike any other body cream, and I'm glad I bought it. After a while, it blends in and becomes soft and smooth to the touch. The scent starts with a refreshing, light mint scent, followed by a soothing, calming lavender scent. It doesn't seem to contain essential oils, but the gentle, natural scent had a relaxing effect. The citrus-flavored YUGIRI also has a lovely fruity scent, so I'd like to purchase it next time. Both felt similar to Aesop's hand cream.
