Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is a hand cream from my favorite brand, FAS. I couldn't resist trying it, and it ended up being my absolute favorite! Of all the hand creams I've used, this one leaves my hands feeling plumper than any other, and the care it provides is amazing, but more than anything, it smells amazing. I have both of the new scents, and they're both equally beautiful and soothing.
I didn't really like the smell...it reminded me of ginger, so I'd like to try an autumn scent. The moisturizing effect was very good.
The scent is woody with a hint of mint. It's moisturizing and spreads well, but it's not sticky, so it's easy to use. However, it's a little pricey, so I'm deducting one star. This time, the scent is for fall and winter, so I'd like to have one for spring and summer as well.
I bought this without a tester, just based on the product description. It has a subtle mint-like scent, which is perfect for winter. It's not sticky and the scent isn't too strong, so I think it's easy to use at work. However, I tried another scent at the store the other day, and it had a soft citrus scent that I liked, so I'd like to try a different scent next time.
The scent was so good I bought it straight away. It's a cream, but it doesn't feel sticky. It's also good at moisturizing.
