How to use
After shampooing, lightly squeeze out excess water and massage an appropriate amount into your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths to the ends, then rinse thoroughly. Do not use if you have any scalp abnormalities such as cuts, swelling, or eczema. If you experience redness, swelling, itchiness, or irritation during or after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use the product may worsen the symptoms. Be careful not to get the product in your eyes, and if it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately. If any discomfort persists in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist. Be careful where you store the product to prevent accidental ingestion by infants, young children, or people with dementia.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
