What it is
Contains two effective ingredients to prevent rough skin: "vitamin E derivative (tocopherol acetate ester)" and "retinol derivative (vitamin A oil)," as well as the moisturizing ingredient "urea." It focuses on skin turnover to prevent rough hands.
