How to use
[Moist Pure Soap] Carefully lather with a foaming net to create a rich, dense, elastic foam. Apply to skin and massage in. [Moist Makeup Cleansing] Place a 500 yen coin-sized amount in the palm of your hand, apply to your face, and gently massage in. Rinse with lukewarm water. *Due to the nature of this product, it tends to harden in cold temperatures. If it's difficult to dispense from the container, warm it up before use. [Moist Lotion] After cleansing your face, dispense 1-2 pumps into your hands, massage into your palms, and gently press into your face. We recommend applying additional layers around the eyes and mouth, which tend to dry out easily. [Moist Emulsion] Use on skin after cleansing and toning. Dispense 1-2 pumps into your hands and apply a small amount to your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Gently apply any remaining emulsion to your skin. We recommend applying additional layers around the eyes and mouth, which tend to dry out easily. [Moist Serum] Take about 1/3 of the dropper into the palm of your hand and apply it to your entire face. Use it to replenish moisture all over your face or as spot treatment for areas of particular concern.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
