What it is
This non-foaming cream shampoo contains retinol. It thoroughly cleanses with oil and clay, leaving hair moisturized and shiny from the scalp. *This product is a refill, so the bottle is not included.

How to use
Thoroughly wet your scalp and hair for about 1 minute and pre-wash. Massaging with the pads of your fingers will help remove dirt. We also recommend brushing your hair beforehand to remove tangles. - Apply to the entire scalp, making sure to cover no areas. Use the pads of your fingers to massage the entire scalp, as if crushing the retinol capsules. Add more cream according to the length of your hair. Let it soak in to repair the ends. - Leave on for about 3 minutes, if desired, then rinse thoroughly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
