Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won this along with a pack in a giveaway! Thank you! I've used it a few times, so I'm writing a review. I left it in a warm room for a few days without realizing it had to be refrigerated, but so far there doesn't seem to have been any noticeable changes. I've been storing it in the refrigerator since then. Refrigerated products tend to have a strong smell, but this one doesn't have much of a smell, and the serum itself is moisturizing. It blends well with my skin whether I use it morning or night, and it's easy to use! The dropper handle feels a bit wrinkled because it's stored at a low temperature, but this is within acceptable limits as it doesn't affect the liquid. I haven't had any skin irritation since I started using it, and it's been comfortable to use. I'm adding it to my list of serums for this spring and summer!!
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. This was my first time using Anua Vitamins, but they are gentle on the skin and don't sting at all. When I apply them immediately after washing my face, my skin tone becomes brighter and more toned. The price is reasonable, so I'd like to buy it again when I run out.
I received this as a gift! It has a pretty strong smell, which I don't like... I have to keep it refrigerated, both unopened and opened, which is a bit of a hassle. It didn't suit me, and it caused redness. I stopped using it and the redness subsided after about two days, but I'm still worried about it and haven't been able to use it since.
I was worried about whether it would suit my skin, but since I started using it, I feel like my skin tone has brightened a little. It blends well with my skin and is easy to use, so I'm happy with it.
