How to use
After tying your hair up, place the stick directly on areas where you are concerned about loose hairs or stray strands, and gently smooth the product into place. Open by twisting forcefully at first. The cap may be stiff when you open it for the first time. *Please note that if you pull the cap too hard to open it or force it closed, the contents may become distorted. Press to close. When closing the cap, make sure to align the circle on the back of the cap with the stick, and press until it clicks, checking the position.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
