What it is
Rembo Premium Eyelash Serum contains two types of human stem cells: human adipose-derived stem cells*2 and human umbilical cord blood stem cells*1. *1 Human umbilical cord blood cell-conditioned culture medium: This human-derived ingredient is expected to support skin condition. While there are many different types of stem cell culture medium, those derived from young cells are said to be particularly well-suited for maintaining skin firmness and radiance. Culture medium containing growth factors tends to support skin moisture the more concentrated it is. Human-derived stem cells, safely cultivated from fetal umbilical cord blood, are highly compatible with skin and can be used in daily skincare. *2 Human adipose-derived stem cell-conditioned culture medium: Human adipose-derived stem cell culture medium is lipid-derived and therefore poorly soluble in water. Because the human body contains a high amount of water, non-water-soluble stem cells may not blend well with the skin. On the other hand, human umbilical cord blood cell-conditioned culture medium is highly water-soluble, allowing it to easily penetrate the skin and supporting skin moisture and firmness in daily skincare. How to use
Apply to clean eyes after washing your face. Lift your eyelids slightly and apply thoroughly from root to tip. Gently apply to the upper lashes, coating each individual lash from the root to tip. Apply thoroughly to the lower lashes, from the root to tip. We recommend using once or twice a day. Applying mascara before the serum has dried may cause your makeup to come off. It can also be used on eyebrows. Pay close attention to any skin irritation. Discontinue use if the product does not suit your skin, i.e., in the following cases. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, loss of color (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the above symptoms occur after exposure to direct sunlight. .Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. .Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I recently got my eyelashes permed and started using this product because I was concerned about the volume of my eyelashes. I've only just started using it, but I use it at night before going to bed and in the morning before applying makeup. It doesn't sting my eyes, so I can use it with confidence. I'm a lazy person, but I use it every day, so I think it's good.
I've just started using it, so I don't know yet about the effect on my eyelashes, but as the pamphlet says, "As a skin serum," the skin around my eyes is in better condition than before I started using it.
