How to Work It Into Your Routine
Step 1: Pre-wash with lukewarm water before applying shampoo. Lightly remove dirt, dust, and styling products from your hair and scalp. Lightly lather and spread it over your entire hair. Use the pads of your fingers to incorporate air into the lather, then gently wash your hair with the lather. It is important to lather generously to prevent friction, which can cause damage to your hair. To achieve a lifting effect, massage your scalp in zigzag motions as you shampoo.
