What it is
This pencil glitter liner refill features delicate shimmer and a sheer, flushed beige color for a natural, three-dimensional look. Its long-lasting shine lasts even when you cry. It's resistant to sebum and rubbing. It's designed to fit into the Kate Super Sharp Liner EX4.0 holder or the Kate Super Sharp Liner holder. The entire nib can be replaced. Available in three colors: PK-1 [Pink], SV-1 [Silver], and GD-1 [Gold]. This product is a refill; the nib is not included.

How to use
<How to Refill> Insert the refill into the holder body of the Kate Super Sharp Liner EX4.0 (sold separately) or the Kate Super Sharp Liner holder. Do not remove the cap. To remove the refill after use, hold the cap in your left hand and turn the holder body counterclockwise for easy removal. You can also unscrew the tail cap and insert refills on both sides. Using the refill alone may cause the lead to break or affect the quality of the contents, so be sure to insert it into the holder before use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to use on my under-eye bags! I'm not good at using glitter, so I bought this and it sparkles beautifully, which I'm so glad about!
Even though I have allergies, it was fine for me! It doesn't break when you draw lines under your pupils, and it's easier to use than the liquid type, so even beginners can use it! I was planning to buy the main product, but it was sold out, so I just used the refill, and it was fine. It fits compactly in a pouch, so it's cost-effective and doesn't take up much space, so I recommend just using the refill lol
I bought this because I found a rare glitter pencil. It applies so smoothly and I'm very satisfied!
PK-1 [Pink] is a pale pink-beige, and the glitter isn't too large or too sparkly like glitter, making it suitable for everyday use. I've been using it for a while, as the pink color blends in well with mucous membranes and the size of the glitter is quite usable. (It's a good sparkle for when you want a more sparkly look around the eyes than for natural makeup.) It makes your eyes look moist and lively. I used it on the mucous membrane of my lower eyelids, and during the cold season, less than half of it was left. It's a condition that requires reapplication, but it fades without smudging or falling off, so it doesn't look strange even without application. (If I want to keep it looking fresh, I put it in my pouch and reapply it.) The lead was a little hard on mucous membranes, so I had to apply it back and forth several times. Regarding the holder for this glitter pencil, there's a 1-2mm gap between the adhesive surface of the pencil (the cap) and the holder (the handle, sold separately), so I'd like to see improvements on the pencil side. (There is nothing wrong with the product itself, but the lid doesn't look right and there are gaps so it looks like it might get caught on something.)
I thought the Pinspot Liner had been revamped. So I just assumed that. The core is slimmer and more comfortable to use. It can be used without the holder.
