Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days

Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought this together with my foundation. There's nothing particularly bad about it, but there's nothing particularly outstanding about it either, so I don't think it's necessary to use them together.
Since I bought the Jelly Leap foundation, I also bought the primer from the same series. To be honest, I prefer this primer to the Jelly Leap foundation. It has a solid SPF of 50, but it doesn't have the typical sticky texture, and it feels light and refreshing when used. I said in my review that I wouldn't repurchase the foundation, but I think this one might be worth repurchasing as a base. It gives a radiant glow and leaves your skin feeling moisturized. The price is reasonable, so I recommend it!
I was attracted by the name "Jellyfish on a Moonlit Night" and bought the foundation first. I also bought it because I trusted the reviews that said the entire line was good. The finish is amazing, unlike any other drugstore cosmetics, and I'm very satisfied.
I bought this at the same time as the Jelly Leap foundation, and it adhered so well that my foundation never came off! I compared it by applying Poreless Keeper for dry skin and this primer to half of my face, and both didn't dry out my dry skin.
I bought this hoping for a tone-up and glow. Neither effect worked for my dry skin. It's too light and smooth, so it doesn't adhere well and leaves a matte finish. It feels like a liquid sunscreen. Even when layered with a foundation from the same series, it stays smooth and matte, so I plan to use it for summer outings.
