1. After washing your face, apply after your eyelashes are completely dry. 2. Apply evenly from the base of your eyelashes with a mascara brush. 3. Use a ball-tip brush to apply by patting gently onto the inner corners, bases, and lower lashes, areas that the mascara brush cannot reach.

US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
