[WAVY Needle Lift Pointer] 1) Turn on the power Press and hold the power/mode button (for about 2 seconds). It will switch to lift mode level 1. *For safety reasons, it is set to level 1 when the power is turned on. *When the power is on, you can check the remaining charge by the blinking of the level/battery charge/depletion indicator lamp. 2) Select a mode Each time you press the power/mode button, the mode will switch as follows: Lift mode (ROLLER lights up) → Eye care mode (ROLLER blinks) → Needle mode (POINT lights up) → Lift mode (ROLLER lights up)...3) Care Apply your own lotion or gel to your face for care. *If you are not using EMS, lotion is not necessary. The recommended mode order is Needle mode → Lift mode → Eye care mode. [MediLift Needle Lift Cream] Apply to the entire face, avoiding the edges of the eyes and lips. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
