How to use
RMK W Treatment Cleansing Balm: Using the spatula attached to the inside of the lid, take a grape-sized amount onto your dry palm, gently crush it, and then massage it into your face in a spiral motion from the center outwards to blend with your makeup. After emulsifying the balm with wet hands until it turns white, rinse with lukewarm water. Depending on your preference for how your skin feels after washing, you can also use it without a facial cleanserRMK W Treatment Oil: After washing your face or after preparing your skin with a moisturizer, shake well up and down, take 4-5 drops, and apply to your entire faceRMK W Treatment Lotion: Take some on your hand or a cotton pad and gently pat it onto your entire face. Finally, cup your hands around your face and press gently. (If using your hands, apply in several stages.)

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
