RMK Luminous Makeup Take an appropriate amount in your palm and apply it to your entire faceRMK Cream Foundation Aquatic Glow: Take an appropriate amount (pearl-sized) in your palm and spread it smoothly onto your skin as if you were melting a skincare cream. For a more dewy, radiant finish, gently press your hands over your cheeks to warm the foundationRMK W Treatment Cleansing Balm: Take an appropriate amount in your dry palm, gently crush it, and then massage it into your face in a spiral motion from the center outwards to blend with your makeup. After emulsifying the balm with wet hands until it turns white, rinse with lukewarm water. Depending on your preference for a lighter finish, you can also use it without a facial cleanserRMK W Treatment Lotion: Take an appropriate amount in your hands or on a cotton pad and gently pat it onto your entire face. Finally, gently press your palms over your skin. (If using your hands, apply in several stages.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
