What it is
Azelaic acid gently conditions skin* that is prone to fluctuations due to seasonal and environmental changes, tightening it and providing moisture for a brighter appearance. It also reduces the appearance of pores and balances moisture and oil content, while moisturizing vitamin C derivatives and niacinamide bring out a clearer complexion. It also contains gluconolactone, which smooths the keratin layer and promotes the penetration of beauty ingredients*, and Centella asiatica extract, which prevents rough skin. This versatile serum provides long-lasting moisture while remaining lightweight, proactively addressing complex skin concerns such as visible pores, dryness, dullness, and dryness. *Dryness* Deepens to the stratum corneum.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Smooth and whitening
The texture is easy to spread and use. I haven't noticed any particular effects yet, but it's suitable for sensitive skin.
I think it's made with a gentle formula for the skin. It's a thick, non-greasy serum. When I first started using it, I noticed my skin became clearer.
My skin didn't respond well to azelaic acid, and I ended up getting small whiteheads, so I'm giving it four stars. The product itself has a thick texture. It's a milky white liquid, and with continued use, my skin feels plumper. It's not as smooth as other serums, but it's not sticky enough to be noticeable. The dropper is thick, so you can use quite a lot in one go! Since I received it, I plan to use it up on areas other than my face. If it works well with your skin, this moisturizing serum might be useful as part of your winter-spring skincare routine. My only concern is that the container looks cheap. Compared to Annua and Triden, the dropper's rubber is quite thin, and the bottle is very light, likely made of plastic. I wonder if it would look different if it had a thicker base like Centella's serum.
I received this from Suzykirei. I used up the whole bottle and feel like the pores on my cheeks have improved a little. It's a little thick, but it's surprisingly smooth to wear. I like that it's not sticky. I mainly use it at night.
