What it is

How to use
Always refill into a Macherie Perfect Shower (Moisturizing) EX container. Do not mix with tap water or other products. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the inside of the empty bottle; use it as is. If you wash it, be sure to dry it thoroughly before refilling. After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom of the bag. You may need this when making inquiries. Always store with the cap closed. <How to refill> (1) Place the container on a flat surface and remove the cap while firmly holding the base of the spout. (2) Support the main container with one hand to prevent it from tipping over, insert the spout firmly into the opening of the container, slowly pour the liquid in, and then close the sprayer tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
