How to use
It is recommended to use this product on dry hands and face. Take an appropriate amount (about 3 pumps) into your hand and spread it evenly over your entire face. Then rinse thoroughly. [When removing stubborn eye makeup] Add about 1 more pump and apply it so that the oil reaches even the finer areas such as eyelashes to make it easier to remove. You do not need to wash your face after rinsing, but if you are concerned about stickiness, please use a facial cleanser. The oil may become cloudy at low temperatures. In that case, let it return to room temperature and become clear before use. Do not refill with any product other than "Biore The Cleanse Oil Makeup Remover".

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
