US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I didn't have any problems, so I've been using it for over a year. I was also concerned about dandruff, so I used it in the hopes that it would also help with that, but it didn't have much effect on my dandruff at the time. It has a gentle scent, so I recommend it for hospital stays or periods when you're sensitive to odors. It's not the type of scent that lingers on your hair. It's not harsh and lathers well. I think many people who want to try Minon have sensitive skin, so I think it would be good to have a trial size that lasts about a week.
The plant-based amino acid cleansing ingredients are "super mild," lather well, and don't leave your hair feeling stingy after washing. It's color-free, lightly scented, and allergy-tested, so it's great for scalps that tend to be dry. Since I tend to have dry and sensitive scalps, I often feel like "gentle" means "not enough," but this is gentle yet cleanses properly, which is great! The conditioner isn't heavy either, and it left my hair smooth to the touch (^^)
The foam kids' shampoo was good, but this one is also good. I only use shampoos that are gentle on the skin, and this one works without any itching or rashes. There are no problems with foaming or rinsing. However, unlike the no-rinse kids' shampoo, this one leaves my hair feeling rough after rinsing, so I need to use a conditioner.

I have dry, sensitive skin, but this product feels great to use! I'll definitely buy it again when it runs out!
