Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Although the package says it "keeps your bangs fluffy and lifted," I use it on regular bangs, not lifted ones. This single product can keep your bangs in place, from the sides to the loose ends, flyaways, and updos. The large brush makes application easy and saves time. It's a matte finish, so the area you apply it to won't get shiny. As long as you're careful with the amount you apply, it won't get crumbly and clump together, and it won't leave any white powdery residue even after combing. And best of all, it's virtually odorless! The package says it has a subtle scent, and right after opening, it does smell like Cape's unscented (if you can tell), but once it dries, it's odorless. That's truly appreciated. Many products like this have strong scents, so I recommend this for people who are sensitive to smells, have pets, or don't want to overwhelm their perfume or other scents.
It makes frizzy hair less noticeable and gives a nice finish without stiffening the hair too much. I would like to buy it again.
