What it is

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It smells nice, but it doesn't feel moisturizing.
I wanted the Chantry one, but it was sold out, so I bought this one. I think this moist one is good for winter. I apply it in the morning, and the scent isn't too strong, so I think it's fine outside of the hospital. I can't wait to use the whole line!
The scent is the same as the shampoos in the same series. The scent is quite strong and lasts for a long time after application. Also, the amount per pump is small, so for long hair, I needed about 10 pumps. The texture is soft. It's moderately moisturizing, so I think it's easy to manage.
I have long, thin, damaged hair that has been colored repeatedly. I've tried a lot of different hair care products, but lately I've been using this one a lot. I apply it to the ends of my hair after shampooing before drying, and it leaves it feeling moisturized even after drying. Some other oils leave my ends feeling dry by the time I dry, but this one doesn't. Still, since it's winter, I apply it before going to bed. It seems to suit my hair type perfectly, so I'd like to use it again. It was out of stock for a while, but it seems to be available fairly often these days.
I mistakenly bought it thinking it was oil but it was actually milk, but I was pleased with how it made my hair smooth and manageable.
