How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. ・After washing your face, take some into your palm and then spread it over your entire palm. ・The recommended amount for one use is three pumps (approximately 0.6mL). ・Tilt your face slightly upward, close your eyes, and gently press the product onto your entire face in several stages, working from the inside outwards with your hands. ・Finally, slide your fingers from below your ears down to your collarbone and lightly press above your collarbone. <Precautions when replacing> To maintain quality, do not use any pump other than the Kanebo Fusioning Solution pump. Do not transfer any remaining contents to a new refill container. For hygienic use, do not wash the pump and use it as is. When replacing the pump, be careful not to get any contents on the opening of the replacement pump. If it does get on, wipe it clean with a tissue.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
