How to use
<Carte HD Moisture Face & Body Lotion> . Spray from about 20 cm away from your skin, then gently pat it in with your palms. You can also spray by turning the container upside down. Can be used over makeup. Can be used by children. When using on a child's face, have a guardian dispense it into their hand before use. When using on the face, keep eyes and mouth closed. Be careful not to inhale directly. Be careful not to get it in your eyes, and if it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not spray on the same spot for more than 3 seconds continuously. <Carte HD Moisture Lotion> . After washing your face, gently apply to your skin. It is effective to pat it in by cupping your face with your palms. <Carte HD Moisture Emulsion> . After applying lotion, gently apply to the skin. For best results, cup your face with your palms while applying. <Carte HD Moisture Cream> . Take an amount about the size of a pearl onto your fingertips and gently apply to the skin. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
